These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the VIIKINGS website and your purchase or use of products offered by VIIKINGS. By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a product, you agree to these Terms.

VIIKINGS reserves the right to update, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will become effective when posted to this website.

Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

2. ELIGIBILITY & LEGAL RESPONSIBILITY

By purchasing a VIIKINGS product, you represent that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, and use the product in your jurisdiction.

Knife laws and regulations vary by state, county, city, and country. It is the customer's responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable laws regarding the purchase, possession, transportation, carry, and use of knives or other products purchased from VIIKINGS.

VIIKINGS does not provide legal advice regarding knife ownership or carry laws.

3. PRODUCT INFORMATION

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display and describe our products, including dimensions, materials, finishes, colors, specifications, and photographs.

Because some VIIKINGS products are handcrafted, hand-finished, or produced in small batches, minor variations may occur between individual products.

These variations may include differences in grind, finish, color, texture, markings, or other cosmetic characteristics and are not necessarily manufacturing defects.

Product specifications, designs, materials, packaging, and availability may be changed or updated without notice.

4. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing, product-description, or other errors and, where permitted by law, to cancel or modify an affected order. If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded.

Applicable sales tax and shipping charges will be calculated during checkout when required.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance.

VIIKINGS reserves the right, where permitted by law, to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment issues, inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected unauthorized resale, or other legitimate business reasons.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will refund the applicable amount.

6. PRE-ORDERS

Products identified as Pre-Order are products that are not yet ready for immediate shipment.

Any production or shipping date provided for a pre-order is an estimate and is not guaranteed.

Manufacturing, production, transportation, supply-chain, quality-control, or other unexpected circumstances may affect estimated shipping dates.

If a significant delay occurs, VIIKINGS will make reasonable efforts to provide customers with an update.

Unless otherwise stated, payment for pre-orders may be collected at the time the order is placed.

7. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are subject to our current Shipping Policy.

Delivery dates and carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed by VIIKINGS.

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information.

Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been processed or shipped.

8. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our current Returns & Exchanges Policy.

Eligible unused products may be returned within the return period stated in that policy, subject to its requirements and exclusions.

Products showing signs of use, modification, abuse, or damage may not qualify for a standard return.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable law.

9. WARRANTY

VIIKINGS knives are covered according to our current Limited Lifetime Warranty.

Warranty coverage applies only as described in that policy and is subject to its terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions.

Normal wear and tear, improper care, misuse, abuse, modification, and use outside of a product's intended function are not manufacturing defects.

Nothing in these Terms or our warranty policy is intended to exclude, waive, or limit warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded, waived, or limited under applicable law, including rights that may apply under California law.

10. SAFE & RESPONSIBLE USE

Knives are cutting tools and are inherently capable of causing serious injury.

VIIKINGS products should be used responsibly, safely, and only for lawful purposes.

Always exercise appropriate care when handling, carrying, storing, sharpening, or using a knife.

Keep knives and other sharp products away from children and unauthorized users.

The purchaser assumes responsibility for understanding the proper and safe use of the product.

11. MISUSE OF PRODUCTS

VIIKINGS products are designed and manufactured as tools.

Products should not be used for unlawful purposes or in a manner inconsistent with their intended function.

Damage caused by throwing, prying, improper modification, abuse, or other inappropriate use may not qualify for warranty coverage.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

12. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

The use of knives and cutting tools involves inherent risks, including cuts and other injuries.

By purchasing or using a VIIKINGS product, you acknowledge these inherent risks and agree that you are responsible for using, maintaining, storing, and handling the product safely and appropriately.

This provision does not waive or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived or limited.

13. WEBSITE CONTENT

All content appearing on the VIIKINGS website, including logos, product names, photographs, graphics, designs, text, videos, artwork, product descriptions, and other original content, is owned by or licensed to VIIKINGS unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, republish, sell, or commercially exploit VIIKINGS content without prior written permission.

14. TRADEMARKS & BRANDING

VIIKINGS, VIIK, associated logos, product names, graphics, and other brand identifiers may be trademarks or other intellectual property of VIIKINGS.
