Every VIIKINGS knife starts with quality steel and a carefully controlled heat-treatment process designed to bring out the performance the steel was made for. Produced in small batches, with select pieces handcrafted in limited numbers, our knives are made to cut and built to be used.

The baseline of our designs comes from the Hmong knife: a tried-and-true design used for generations as an all-purpose “jack of all trades" or survival knife in the hills and mountains of Southeast Asia.  

VIIKINGS has a double meaning: Vikings or VII Kings (7 Kings). We have seven brothers in total. We love the outdoors: adventuring, exploring, and eating like the Vikings.
